The summer weather certainly feels like it has arrived! Our classrooms get extremely warm. Please be sure to dress your student in light clothing, and please send in a water bottle daily. Our students participated in many different memorial day activities that you will find photos of below.
Thank you all for participating in our One School, One Book program! The students are loving Friendship According to Humphrey! Each morning they get a chance to answer a question that I read over the announcements, and it is a contest to see which class can call in with the correct answer first. The winners are give a special $5 bee buck. Currently all students should be finished with chapter 12, so if you are a bit behind, there is plenty of time to catch up over the long weekend!

- June 5th: Second grade field trip to the Jungle Experience Zoo
- June 11: MJT Field Day
- June 14: Flag Day celebration

- June 21: Second Grade Picnic
- June 24: PreK Graduation at 9:30 in the gym
- June 25: Kindergarten Parade at 9:30 AND the last day of school.
