Dear Parents,
As we prepare to wrap up another incredible year, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to you and your families. The joy, energy, and enthusiasm your children bring to our extended day program are truly the heart of what we do, and we are so fortunate to share this journey with them.
This time of year is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the memories we've created together, from shared laughter during activities to moments of growth and discovery. Watching your children learn, thrive, and build lasting friendships has been an absolute privilege.
As we head into the Christmas and New Year’s break, we wish your family a season filled with love, peace, and togetherness. May your days be bright with joy and your hearts warm with the spirit of the holidays.

Upcoming Holidays - School Closures - Important Dates
12/20/2024 | Half-day for Students
PARA will begin picking RQE Extended Day Students up at 11:50AM
12/20/2024 | PARAkids Extended Day Holiday Party
Parents of K-5th grade students may drop their child's bike/scooter/skates off at the Phelps Center beginning at 7:30 AM. Activities will include a pizza party, cookie decorating(Pre-K), build your own gingerbread house(K-5th), hot cocoa station, a special visit from SANTA 🎅, and more!

Did you know that we welcome students from ALL TCS/TCSS, private school, and homeschooling students? Parents of students enrolled in grades Pre-k - 5th can drop their child off at the Phelps Activity Center - Monday through Friday, 3PM - 6PM.

Registration/enrollment fees can be paid by clicking the CLICK TO REGISTER / ENROLL button below OR by calling the Phelps Activity Center at (205)562-3230 (Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM) OR by visiting ANY PARA activity center. Please remember to enroll your child(ren) before 1:00 p.m. each day. Failure to enroll prior to school dismissal will result in a $3 late pay fee.
