Bonlee's Vision: As a school built upon a solid foundation of community support, professional expertise and STUDENT AGENCY, Bonlee School will produce students

All library books are due back May 17.

From your PROUD principal...
Please talk to your students about the importance of EOG tests as they determine Bonlee's school letter grade on our NC Report Card. Last year Bonlee moved from a grade of "D" to a grade of "C".

Our staff is working hard to help students to understand the importance of second chances on tests. Did you know that the first time pass rate for the NC Bar Exam was 55% but 74% of those who retake the Bar Exam pass? Some students need multiple opportunities to show proficiency on EOGs.
To incentivize our 3-8 students to do their absolute best on EOG testing, each grade level is asking for items to create baskets. 3-8 students will receive tickets for growth & proficiency and they can use their tickets towards a raffle for each basket. If you have a student in grades 3-8 or you just want to help out, please consider sending in items according to the list below. We need all items asap.
Please do not plan 3-8 student absences on the following EOG dates:
No School on Monday, May 27 due to the Memorial Day holiday.
