School Perceptions Survey
What are the strengths of OPS? Where can we improve?
Let us know by completing the annual district perception survey. This window closes May 19th. It’s important we hear from as many families as possible to enhance our strengths and make the best adjustments possible for your child’s educational experience. We greatly appreciate your support and participation!

Capturing Kids’ Hearts
May's Capturing Kids' Hearts character trait is Integrity. We use monthly themes to help teach social emotional skills to our students, as we know these are the most important tools in being successful in their personal and educational lives. Our student's wellbeing is of most importance to us at OVA!
What is Integrity?
Integrity is the ability and willingness to live with honesty and excellence. People who act with integrity make a choice to do the right thing, no matter who is watching. Integrity is the foundation on which we build relationships and trust.
- Integrity generates trust. When we are honest and follow through on promises, we gain the confidence of our team; Trust allows us to collaborate and achieve more together.
- Integrity encourages self-assessment. Integrity requires our regular self-assessment to align behaviors with our goals and self-beliefs.
- Integrity is essential in leadership. Great leaders decrease anxiety and build strong teams when they are honest, consistent, and responsible.
