Homecoming Mum Workshops!
Going to Homecoming and needing help making your mum or garter? Plan on attending one or all of this year's Mum Making Workshops. The dates are 9/18, 9/25 and 10/2 from 3-5 in Mrs. Dietrich's Art room (EN 105). Parents are welcome to attend (check in at the front desk)! Please bring supplies. Mrs. Dietrich will have lots of ribbon, glue, stickers, rhinestones and trinkets to use, but not enough for everyone to make a complete mum or garter (No flowers). Bring what you have and we can supplement. If you would like to donate old mums or garters, ribbon or any leftover supplies, please bring them or drop them off at the front desk with Mrs. Dietrich's name on it. We can use all we can get!
Any questions, please email Mrs. Dietrich at pameladietrich@misdmail.org.

MISD Parent Hub for Social Emotional Learning
Social and Emotional Learning in MISD is Relational Practices. Relational Practices assist in the ability to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. Along with our mission to support students, empower teachers, and collaborate with administrators, we want to partner with parents to meet the needs of your children at home. The purpose of this site is to provide resources and support as you navigate through the journey of raising kids in the 2020s. Click here to access the MISD Parent Hub for Social Emotional Learning.
As part of Vision 2030, MISD is helping students become life, college and career ready through our student scorecards. Ask your student to log into Edugence and see what they have been working on!
