Happy New Year, Hollinger Families! I hope everyone had a restful and joyous Winter Break. We are now back in school and hard at work. These upcoming weeks during Quarter Three are crucial for learning and covering skills needed for our students to be successful during the second half of the school year. Please make every effort to have your students at school on time every day. Missing school results in falling behind in school and every minute of learning counts. We have made a lot of academic growth during the first half the year but we are not finished yet.

Thank you to all of our families for supporting our school in various ways throughout this school year so far. We are not able to be as effective as educators without parent/family support. I wish everyone a successful and prosperous 2025!

¡Feliz año nuevo, familias de Hollinger! Espero que todos hayan tenido unas vacaciones de invierno relajantes y alegres. Ya estamos de regreso en la escuela y trabajando arduamente. Estas próximas semanas durante el tercer trimestre son cruciales para aprender y cubrir las habilidades necesarias para que nuestros estudiantes tengan éxito durante la segunda mitad del año escolar. Hagan todo lo posible para que sus estudiantes lleguen a la escuela a tiempo todos los días. Faltar a la escuela resulta en atrasos en la escuela y cada minuto de aprendizaje cuenta. Hemos logrado un gran crecimiento académico durante la primera mitad del año, pero aún no hemos terminado.

Gracias a todas nuestras familias por apoyar a nuestra escuela de diversas maneras durante este año escolar hasta ahora. No podemos ser tan efectivos como educadores sin el apoyo de los padres y la familia. ¡Les deseo a todos un 2025 exitoso y próspero!

We will begin using ID cards for students. In Elementary, the teachers will keep these for the students. In Middle School, students must have their card with them at all times. These will be used for Middle School tardies, using the new machine in the front office. Please be sure that your MS student is responsible for bringing their card with them every day! If you are checking you student in tardy for school, they can also use the QR code available in ParentVue and StudentVue.

Comenzaremos a usar tarjetas de identificación para los estudiantes. En la escuela primaria, los maestros las guardarán para los estudiantes. En la escuela intermedia, los estudiantes deben tener su tarjeta con ellos en todo momento. Estas se usarán para las tardanzas en la escuela intermedia, utilizando la nueva máquina en la oficina principal. ¡Asegúrese de que su estudiante de la escuela intermedia sea responsable de traer su tarjeta con él todos los días!
