If the high temperature for the day is below 70 degrees, students may wear jeans/sweatpants with their uniform top. If a non-uniform sweatshirt is worn, it will need to be removed when indoors.

Early Re-enrollment for current families ends SUNDAY, December 8.

Due to high demand and MANY classes AT FULL CAPACITY, we STRONGLY encourage current families to complete re-enrollment now.

Any remaining spaces will be offered to new families starting Monday, December 9.

If a class reaches capacity, students will be placed on a waitlist.

WE MUST RECEIVE A COMPLETED re-enrollment FORM AND PAID registration .**

How to complete re-enrollment and make registration payment on Gradelink:

1) Log into Gradelink on a laptop/computer/iPad

2) Click the "Re-enroll" tab on the left

3) Click the "Start" through "Medical" tabs to ensure all information is up-to-date.

4) The "Information" section requires you to select 10 month or Pay in Full for tuition payments.

5) In the "Attachments" section, you do not need to attach any documents.

6) Be sure to click the "Submit" button under the "Attachments" section. NOTE: You will not be able to get back into the form after submitting it. Please contact Ms. Gamache if you need to make an update.

7) PAYMENT: Go to your Gradelink main page where all tabs are located and click the "Billing" tab to pay the $600 Registration Fee for the 2025-2026 School Year.

The parent advisory meeting for December will be held Wednesday, December 11th @ 8:00am in the Homeschool classroom, Suite 205.

At the meeting, plans will be made for the upcoming Holiday Open House, being held on Friday, December 20th .

If you register before December 20, 2024 with $100 deposit (non-refundable) you will be sent a personalized acceptance letter for your child. You can choose to receive the letter as a digital attachment for easy printing, or for an additional $10, the letter will be packaged Hogwarts style. If you choose Hogwarts style packaging, you will be contacted to make arrangements to pickup the package.

When arriving in carline, please pull up to the stop sign so that other parents arriving can line up behind you without blocking the intersection.

Also, please place your placard in your car window during dismissal. This makes for a safer, smoother, and faster dismissal.

Three 90-minute sessions of fun, interactive activities where students will learn executive functioning skills related to:

• Organization,
• Planning,
• Time Management,
• Memory,
• Attention and effort.

There are a maximum of 10 students per course, and students will meet on the following Sundays from 4:00-5:30pm: January 12, January 26, February 2, 2025 for 4.5 hours of instruction. The introductory rate is $499. You can register and learn more at: www.JimForgan.com/executive.

Each student needs a water bottle for school daily.

One disposable cup will be provided the first time a student forgets his/her water bottle.

After that, the student's Gradelink account will be charged $1 for a disposable bottle of water.

If your child purchases form the snack cart, please send them with bills no larger than $5.00, as we do not have change for larger bills. Please see the snack cart price list below.
