~ Turkey Trot ~
We are excited that our BIG Fall Fundraiser, The Turkey Trot is underway. This is a Fun and Healthy way to raise money. All money raised goes to the Hawley PTA to help fund classroom materials, our Outside Classroom, playground equipment and much more. Here is how you can help:
- Use the QR or website to Register your child in their Classroom (or re-log in to your account from last year).
- Parents, friends and family can make online donations through the website supporting your child and their classroom
- Our School Goal is to raise $10,000
The Classroom that raises the most money will win an Ice Cream Party. Individual prizes are Gift Cards to Carraluzzi's and Toy Tree.
The Event is at Hawley School on Wednesday, 11/20 (schedules will vary based on Class). Parents are invited to attend to watch or participate.

~ Veteran's Day ~
We are preparing for our Big Veteran's Day Assembly. The first step is decorating our foyer with Veteran Stars. They went home to be decorated and returned. They can include a picture of the Veteran, their name, rank and branch of service. Please send them in as soon as possible to make sure they are included on our wall. If you need another one, please contact our Main Office.
Prior to the Veteran's Day Assembly, we start with a Special Reception for the Veterans and their families. We need your help. Please click HERE if you can contribute to the Veteran's Breakfast and Reception. Thank You~

Out of the Mouths of Babes....
Mr. M was dressed in a costume for the Kindergarten Halloween Parade.
" Are you going Trick or Treating tonight Mr. M? " a student asked
" No, I hand out the candy at my house " Mr M replied
" So you don't get any candy " the student said sadly
" Oh, I get candy " Mr M smirked
" But you said you don't Trick or Treat, how do you get candy? "
" That's the Trick "
" I'm telling Mrs M that you sneak candy " teased the student
