Library News

The fall book fair is coming soon! All proceeds from this book fair benefit the library. This year, we are using Literati Book Fairs as our vendor, which means we can accept cash AND credit cards! Students will preview the book fair and bring home wish lists.

Shopping will be open during parent conferences:

Monday 11/25 12:30 – 3:30pm

Tuesday 11/26 12:30 – 3:30pm and 5-8pm

Wednesday 11/27 8-9am only

We prefer that adults to shop when they come for their conference, but this vendor allows you to purchase a digital “gift card” for your child to shop if necessary. You can also shop the book fair online this year! We still need a few more volunteers for the end of the fair, so please consider signing up for a shift.

The West Chester Area School District now utilizes Gaggle as their safety management software. This tool helps monitor and protect students' online activity by scanning digital communication for potential threats such as cyberbullying, self-harm, or inappropriate content. With real-time alerts, Gaggle enables school administrators and staff to respond swiftly to any concerns, ensuring a safe digital environment while maintaining student privacy and supporting compliance with safety requirements.
