Developing arrival and dismissal routines for almost 600 students takes some creativity, flexibility and patience from all of us. Please review the information below before our first day of school. Thanks for your support to keep all of our kids and staff safe!
Doors open for kids at 8:25am.
Please do not release students from your car lines until notified by an NG adult.
Kids eating breakfast should go straight to the cafeteria.
We will dismiss at 3:40, and will begin our internal routines at 3:35.
If you need to pick up your child early from the office, this should be done prior to 3:00pm.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL:
Please note that for safety and security reasons we will continue our practice of no adults walking kids into school. New families, it sounds scary, but we have lots of adults posted around the building ~ everyone gets where they need to go!
ADVENTURE CLUB
Please follow your AC guidelines for drop off and pick up procedures.

The quicker we can see the name of your riders, the quicker we can get the kids to you. We have some standard car pick up placards that we will make available at back to school night. If you miss out on those, please have a clear sign ready for Day 1.
Please write names large and clear.
Examples
Walkers & Bike Riders are Dismissed at 3:40pm
We dismiss our walkers and bike riders last to try and avoid mixing kids with vehicles like buses!
Walkers/bike riders will exit out the FRONT DOORS.
Please do not congregate around the doors.
If your student is walking home, they will be released from the staff member who walked them outside.
Kids need to follow our safety guidelines for using the crosswalks.
Our playground/track/field/blacktop can be used by the community until 4:15pm
From 4:15-6:00pm, the playground/track/field/blacktop are ONLY for Adventure Club and our after school clubs.
