We have successfully wrapped up another week here at Byron Elementary. What a great start of the school year! September also brings Homecoming festivities and fun, so please see below of dress up days. Our Hometown Heroes Day will be on Tuesday, September 17th. This is a special event where our Fall HS Sports teams and clubs create rotations throughout our school for each grade level to visit and experience. Members from our varsity football team, volleyball, Robotics club; among many others showcase their skills and our elementary kids get to "practice" the skills under the direction of the high school students. It is an awesome tradition here at Byron Elementary so be sure to ask your student what they liked best about it afterwards.

A big thank you to Memorial Healthcare for their generous donation to Byron Area Schools (see picture above). Backpacks, school supplies, athletic duffel bags and water bottles were just some of the wonderful items donated. We appreciate their thoughtfulness and generosity!
