Course Overview
This training is provided for schools designated Level 1 through IDEA-DA (Differentiated Accountability) in Secondary Transition or any other LEA/AEA staff wanting to learn more about the SDI Framework for Secondary Transition.
This course will also include a walkthrough of the FIT/CSA components as indicated in IDEA-DA.
Participant Outcomes Include:
Describe the importance of quality secondary transition practices in improving postsecondary outcomes
Share information about how the SDI Framework and Secondary Transition work are intertwined
Apply the SDI Framework to Secondary Transition work
Complete the FIT to assess their application of the SDI Framework
Course Objectives
Participants will learn quality practices related to Secondary Transition that will help to improve student outcomes in the post-secondary setting.
