CTA Goodman Site Council
It is time to convene the CTA Goodman Site Council for the 2023-2024 school year. The role of Site Council is to help support continuous improvement efforts for our school.
We are looking for members that are highly committed to the children at CTA Goodman and want to be a collaborative member of our team.
If you are interested in serving on Site Council this year, please use the link below to submit an interest form. If we have more interest than spots, we will do a lottery drawing.

Annual Update
At the start of the school year, we request each family to update and verify important information such as address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, handbook consents, etc.
Please log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account (click here) to make any necessary changes to your family's account.
Once you log into your account, please follow these steps:
- Click on "More" on the bottom left hand side of the portal screen
- Click on "Annual Update and New Student Registration"
- Click on "Start" next to the second 23-24 line that says "Not Started"
- Click "Begin Registration"
- If you are using the app, click the three lines on the top left, click on "More", and then click on "Annual Update and New Student Registration".
This update must be completed annually.
Please be advised that the answers provided on the Annual Update for the 22-23 school year will be end dated, so it's important that you complete this update for the 23-24 school year in order to have valid information for items such as Media Release, Internet Release, Virtual Consent, etc.

Free or Reduced Meals
The deadline to re-register for Free or Reduced Meals is August 29th. Families must reapply every year.
Chandler CARE Center - Holiday Assistance
The Chandler CARE Center will be registering families for holiday assistance from August 28th – September 29th. The CARE Center provides Thanksgiving food boxes with the ingredients needed to prepare a holiday meal at home in November, and toys/gifts for children 0-18 in December.
Registration IS required to participate. Register in-person at the CARE Center (777 E. Galveston St, Chandler, AZ 85225). This is a one family per household only event, please bring:
- Picture ID
- Proof of address (Chandler Residents or CUSD Families ONLY)
- Proof of school enrollment (CUSD Parent Portal) for all school-age children
- Birth certificate for all children not in school

Fry's Community Rewards
Fry’s Food Stores is committed to supporting the programs in our community. All you have to do is log onto www.frysfood.com/topic/new-community-rewards-program to register your Fry’s VIP card to CTA Goodman and every time you shop and use your VIP card, you will earn rewards for our school. It is easy to do! If you believe that you have already selected your designation, please check your receipt and make sure that CTA Goodman is your organization of choice.
Tax Credit Donations
If you are able to make your tax contributions early in the year, your donation would be greatly appreciated and give us a jump start on some of our extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities include Running Club, Art Club, Choir, Theater Club, STUCO, Science Camp and may other activites.

Tax Credit Basics…
A tax credit donation is a full refund, not a deduction. Contributions eligible for a tax credit are donated directly to schools, not to the state or school district. To participate or learn more, follow the link listed below to donate online or you can complete the enclosed form and submit your contribution at your convenience.

Arizona Law ARS 43-1089.01 enables taxpayers a tax credit contribution of up to $400.00 per year if filing status is “Married, filing Joint Return;” $200.00 per calendar year if filing status is “Single of Head of Household;” and $200 per calendar year if filing status is “Married filing separate returns.” These contributions fund extracurricular activities in public schools and greatly impact our school community and our students.
