The Bulldog Newsbites

The Bulldog PAK (Parents of Awesome Kids) PTO is hosting a membership drive.

Dues are $10 per member. If every parent joined for $10, the PTO would have at least $2,000 to spend on student activities. Please consider joining.

Membership is open to parents, guardians, aunts, uncles, grandparents....any adult who would like to encourage and support our students.

The grade level with the most memberships by September 27 will win a pizza party!

School picture day will be on Thursday, September 26 for PreK-11th grade students.

Senior pictures will be taken on October 10.

Wednesday, September 25, representatives from Cisco College will be on campus to visit with seniors.

We will have a 5th grade parent meeting on Tuesday, September 24 at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria. All 5th grade parents are invited to come as we discuss the upcoming 5th grade trip.

We will have a report card night/open house on Tuesday, October 15 from 5:00-6:00. Parents will be able to pick up report cards and view student work at that time.

All junior high and high school students are invited to the annual See You At the Pole on Wednesday, September 25. Breakfast will be served at 7:00 in the cafeteria. Students will meet at the flagpole at 7:30 for a time of prayer.

The Big Blue Band from Bulldog Land has 3 marching competitions in October.

Saturday, October 5---Big Country Marching Festival @Wylie

Saturday, October 12---Concho Classic Marching Festival @Angelo State

Saturday, October 19---UIL Regional Marching Competition @Angelo State

We will provide an opportunity for all of our 10th graders to take the PreACT test on October 3.

We will provide an opportunity for any seniors who would like to retake the ACT test on October 3 as well.

All of our students 10-12 grade are invited to take the ASVAB test on October 17. The ASVAB test is an aptitude test used to identify a student's strengths and help them find a career that's a good fit based on their interests, skills, and strengths.

There is no financial cost to students for any of these tests if they take them at Eden High School.

Fall Fest will be this Saturday at the Square.

Friday, October 11 will be the end of the first Nine Week Grading period. We are nearly finished with the first quarter of the school year!
