Hello Tiger Paw Families,
Being Generous and Showing Compassion are the themes for our social-emotional learning for the month December. Some of the books that I will read to our students will be A Little SPOT of SADNESS (a story about Empathy and Compassion), A Little SPOT of GIVING (a story about sharing and generosity, A Little SPOT of Christmas (story about Santa’s helper) by Diane Alber. Students will be encouraged to give gifts of kindness, patience, being thankful, love, helping, friendship,listening, compassion,time and teamwork.
