Hello everyone!

I hope everyone enjoyed their long Labor Day weekend! Welcome to a new weekly newsletter that will be sent out to parents each Monday. The purpose of this newsletter is to increase communication between the school and parents, to help keep parents and students keep better informed of upcoming events, and to celebrate students from the previous week! I hope you find this newsletter useful and informative!

Before we get into upcoming events, let's take a look at what the Lumberjacks accomplished last week! All of our sports teams continue to compete at a high level! Both of our jr. high and high school volleyball and football teams won all of their games last week, and the cross country team continues to compete well with three of our runners in the top 20 in the District! Way to go Lumberjacks! Looking ahead at the month of September, we are going into the full swing of fall school and sports! Here we go!!!

Jr. High Student of the Week - Cooper Paradis for being the first student to finish reading a book in English class and for working hard in class. Great job Cooper!

High School Student of the Week - Bentlee Freedman for being a great leader in her class and a hard working student. Way to go Bentlee!
