2024-2025 School Bus Registration

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for the 2024-2025 school year, we aim to ensure all student transportation records are complete and accurate. To assist us in arranging the most efficient and effective bus routes, we kindly ask that you complete this important survey regarding the transportation needs of your child(ren).

Please fill out a separate form for each of your children who will be attending Fremont School District 79 during the 2024-2025 school year.
