Heads Up!
Student Medications
By law, All Souls Catholic School is not permitted to provide or administer any over the counter medications that include but is not limited to aspirin, tylenol, motrin, cough drops, etc. We are in the process of revising this policiy in the Parent-Student Handbook for the 2024-2025 School Year.
For now, all EpiPens and inhalers should be placed in a zip lock back. The outside of the bag should be labeled with the students' name and grade. Inside the bag you must include directions on how often your child may need to make use of these types of medications. The note also needs to clearly give the school permission to make this available to your child should they need to take this medication. This is also the policy for all other doctor prescribed medications. Your child should give this medication to their homeroom teacher on the first day of school. As we have done in the past, we will keep these medications in the school office.
Your cooperation and understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.
All Parents
All parents that intend to be on campus in the presence of children, function as a chaperone on field trips, or functioin as a coach, commissioner, score keeper, etc. in the Athletics program must meet the following requirements.
- You have obtained the All Souls Catholic School Live Scan Form, fingerprited, and have been cleared to work with children.
- You have completed your Virtus online course.
2024-2025 Parent-Student Handbook
This year we are making a large number of changes to the Parent-Student Handbook. Some of these changes reflect policies as prescribed by law, and other policies have been revised to improve the processes of the school or its programs. Please be advised that the school uniform and dress code will be more vigorously enfourced this school year.
Drop off & Pick up Procedures
The drop off and pick up procedures will remain the same as last year. For the first day of school, any student unable to carry all of their supplies will be asked to leave the remaining supplies on the benches in the upper yard. All supplies should be labeled with the child's name and grade. Mr. Brad will retrieve the supplies and deliver them to the classrooms.
Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
If you have any questions about the topics listed above, please do not hesitate to contact your homeroom teacher or school office.
