Gatorade contains water.

Yogurt also contains water.
Reasoning...
I think that water is the most important nutrient because you can only go a few days without drinking water and you can go longer without any of the other nutrients. I also think that water is the most important nutrient because if you go too long without it, then your body starts to shut down and you can die of dehydration. Water is also found in MOST of the food products. I got my information from my background knowledge and notes taken in class.
