Welcome Back to School
Bellview families,
Wow, it's hard to believe that an entire month of school has already passed. What a great first month of learning we have had at Bellview; students have setteled into their routines and are doing a great job of following Bellview expectations. New learning is happening in every classroom, everyday.
Thank you to all the families that were able to make it to our Back to School Night. We have another upcoming event, Bellview Harvest Fest; be sure to RSVP to your child's teacher so we can plan accordingly.
Feedback from students:
Overheard in a third grade classroom, "This is the best school year, ever!"
Fifth grader, Autumn C, "I like being able to help Mrs. Buffa with the board and students get their breakfast."
Third grader, Chance B, "I like to way we learn from writing our spelling words."
Fourth grader, Trintiy D, "We have been learning about rounding to the nearest hundred; the rounding rap helps."
Important reminders:
Costumes may not be worn to school on Halloween, Thurdsay, October 31.
If you want to send something in for student birthdays, it must be store bought and individually packaged (NO PEANUT products-this is for the safety of our students); it will be distributed the final 10 minutes of class. No pizza, cakes, or cupcakes.
Please ensure your student is adering to the district dress code; hooded items, hats, knit caps, etc, may not be worn inside the building.
