Kids always want to know the "why" -- this great set of activities helps students deduce all kinds of answers to why the leaves turn colors.

Self-Awareness - Lesson 2


  • Introduce Video: Say, β€œToday, we are going to learn about the feeling of joy.”



  • Reflection questions are included in the video. Be sure to pause the video at each question to allow adequate time for students to respond. Students may respond verbally in class discussion or write their thoughts on paper.


  • What does joy mean to you?

  • Think of a time when you felt joy. Share with us.
