Our Lady of Perpetual Help school is committed to quality education in both official languages fostering in our students respect for life and learning as Christ taught us.

Dear Parents and Students of Our Lady of Perpetual Help,

This month, we'll be focusing on the virtue of Prudence, one of the four Cardinal Virtues that guide our House system. Prudence helps us make wise and thoughtful decisions, discern right from wrong, and seek God's guidance in our daily choices. As part of our focus, we’ll be encouraging students to practice this virtue both in and out of the classroom, helping them grow in wisdom and character. We look forward to seeing our students reflect on how Prudence can guide their actions within their Houses and in their daily lives. It's a big word and it's also a big deal, and we hope that by the end of the month the students understand something about this powerful foundation of a moral, successful life.

As we are beginning our preparations for our Remembrance Day Ceremony at OLPH School this year, we would like to extend an invite to any member of our OLPH community who has military or similar experience who would be able to participate in the laying of the wreaths portion of our ceremony.

We warmly invite you to join us in deepening your understanding of the Eucharist at the “It is the Lord” Archdiocesan Eucharistic Mission, hosted by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish from October 7-9. This special event, held in partnership with the Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton and Catholic Social Services, features guest speakers Dr. Troy Davies (Oct. 7), Deacon Gem Mella (Oct. 8), and Archbishop Richard Smith (Oct. 9). It’s a wonderful opportunity for reflection, worship, and spiritual growth. We hope to see you there!
