Dear Parents/Guardians,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mardi Gras break! As we enter the season of Lent I pray that you and your families are blessed as we await the resurrection of our Lord. The mens' club will host their first annual fish fry of the season this Friday, March 14. This year there will be an option for drive through and dine-in. Students in grades 2-7 will attend stations of the cross in the church on Fridays at 2:00. All are welcome to attend. Grades PK4-1 will have stations in their classrooms. Mrs. Kendra St. Pierre, our director of faith formation, shared a living lenten calendar. It is attached below. Friday is the last day of the third quarter. Please be sure to check plus portals for any missing or incomplete assignments. I'm very excited to announce that the Fun Run final total was $35,888!! This would not have been possible without Rae Frigola and Honour Miller along with all the volunteers. They put in a great deal of time and energy and it is greatly appreciated! We have two open houses coming up. The main school open house will be Wednesday, March 19 and the ECDC open house will be Tuesday, March 25. Both will begin at 6:00. Don't forget to sign up for the annual Henry J. Calamari race! The information can be found below. As a reminder, early dismissals are very disruptive. As stated in the handbook, "If a student is checked out without a valid excuse (school sponsored event, illness or doctor's appointment or any other event administration deems as necessary) it will be considered an "Unexcused Early Dismissal". Once a student has received 5 unexcused early dismissals for a quarter a detention will be assigned to the student."

Our Gala committee is working very hard to make this years event even better than the last. The tickets are now on sale. We have a variety of ways to purchase tickets this year. We'd love to see you there for a Knight Under the Stars!!!

Come out and join the Henry J. Calamari annual 2 mile race/walk. It's a great time and for a good cause! The proceeds from the race go towards a scholarship fund for the 2025-2026 school year. The due date to get a t-shirt is March 10th.
