About Your Counselor
This is year 14 for me in education. I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University at College Station, and I am the proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2011! I began my education career in the Fall following my graduation, and I spent seven years (five in LISD) teaching middle school English Language Arts / Reading. After earning my Masters in Counseling from University of North Texas in December of 2017, I became a counselor in the eating disorder field. I loved every moment of my brief experience in the ED world; however, I am an educator at heart, and Hebron Valley quickly became my new home! I am a huge lover of my friends and family, my church, my dog, The Golden Girls, running, and reading.
