State Testing

We have some important testing dates coming up for our 3rd - 5th grade students. Students always do better when they test with their classmates so we ask that you please make every effort to have students at school on test days. Please see the dates below for your child's test date.

Weather Days Update

Mark your calendars! Due to the school closure days on January 16 and 17, our school calendar has been updated and we will now have school on February 12 and April 1.

Field Test

Our 4th grade students will be participating in a field test from the state. We do not get any scores or data from this test as it is only to help the state collect data. Therefore, we don't want our students to feel stress or pressure while taking it. We will let them know but parents may also enforce this with them at home. Our benchmark tests are coming up soon and we want students to try their best so we can use that information to plan our teaching for the upcoming STAAR test.

Tardies/Early Dismissals

We have been having a large number of students leaving early and arriving late. Our goal is to have students in class learning. In an effort to cut down on the problem we will be implementing a new rule. Please see the flyer below. Thank you for your help!
