From the desk of Dr. Rodriguez

We proudly display our love for our country and our school each and every morning, as we recite the Pledge of Allegiance and the Riviera Pledge together to start the day. I am truly proud of the unity it helps us create as a school community. Our Riviera Pledge is a short but powerful message: "I promise to respect, support, and protect my Riviera family." We respect each other's ideals, we support each other's endeavors, and we protect one another at all times. These are characteristics that uniquely define our school family, and watching our students and staff live up to the pledge on a daily basis is incredibly rewarding because I know that we are instilling in our students a strong foundation of values.

Yearbook Picture Retakes!

This is only for those on-campus learners who were absent on 9/10/20, or virtual learners who were not able to make it to school on 9/10/20. A schedule for our virtual learners with exact times to be on campus will be sent before retake day.

Virtual Back to School Nights were a hit!

Thank you to all of the families that joined us for our first ever Virtual Back to School Nights. While offered in a different format than in years past, our love for our students and our dedication to educating them came through loud and clear. We hope you received some answers to your questions, but more importantly, we hope you came to know our amazing teachers for the compassionate, loving, nurturing, outstanding educators they are.

New Playground Equipment Arrives!

Many schools across the country have contemplated how, and even IF, children should play during these unprecedented times. Undeterred, we found playground equipment for our preschool that creates a sense of play between children while still keeping them safely distanced from each other. These activities not only enhance the playground experience for our students, they also help our students with their fine and gross motor skills, two areas of development that are crucial at this age for success in academics in the years to come. Many thanks to our preschool teachers for finding these activities for our students -- we know that the children will have a BLAST!
