Meet our 5th Grade Team
Fifth Grade Teacher are developing curriculum, planning lessons, teaching various subjects, using a variety of teaching methods, using instruction time effectively, assigning homework, grading tests, and reporting to parents
Attention Parents: Student medication for end of 2022-2023 school year
Student medication and/or medical supplies will be sent home with your child on the last day of school. If you would like to make other arrangements, please contact the school office before the last day of school. Any unused medication that remains at school will be given to School Resource Officers for proper disposal.

Looking for family-friendly activities or ways to get your students involved? Stay updated on community programs, camps, and free events with Virtual Backpack. The Virtual Backpack newsletter will be emailed to you monthly with a listing of local events and activities.
Infinite Campus and Canvas Parent Portals
All parents/guardians are encouraged to stay connected to their student’s academic progress using Infinite Campus (grades K-12) and Canvas (grades 6-12). These parent portals can be accessed from the District website (www.siouxcityschools.org). These portals give parents access to teacher email addresses, student schedules, grades, attendance, and so much more!
