PSL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Below, you will find all the links to the necessary paperwork for the Plato Sports League. A sports physical will be required for your child to participate. The form is also below so you can print it off and give to your child's doctor. Please note the following:
- In order for your child to tryout this year, ALL paperwork, including a sports physical, MUST be filled out.
- If all paperwork is not complete, your child will not be permitted to tryout for a sport.
- The registration portal will close (2) days prior to any tryout to allow administration time to perform an academic and conduct check on those students.
ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB
What is an Athletic Booster Club?
- The Athletic Booster Club (ABC) is a donation based program to support each campus in areas of our Athletics Programs as well as enhanced Physical Education for all grades.
- ALL families will be asked to join the Athletic Booster Club with a $100.00 per child donation to the program (does not guarantee a spot on any sports team) by October 1st (Extended Deadline).
- Funds will help supply equipment for PE and help cover operating costs to run the sports programs.
What does the $100.00 donation guarantee for sports registration?
- Each student who’s family donates $100.00 PER STUDENT prior to the deadline is guaranteed a registration fee of $25.00 PER SPORT, PER STUDENT.
- That is a break-even point for one sport, a savings of $125.00 for two sports, $275.00 for three sports, and $375.00 for four sports, PER STUDENT.
What if I do not donate by September 3rd, but my child still wants to play sports?
- The registration fee will be $125.00 to participate PER CHILD, PER SPORT
- Parents will need to cover the cost of the uniform. This varies per sport. Please see the RevTrak link for more accurate pricing.
What are the benefits of the registration fee program and booster club?
- This would allow the sports programs an opportunity to offer DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION for staff members and FREE REGISTRATION for volunteer coaches if they have a child participating (would still need to cover the cost of the uniform[s]) {FREE REGISTRATION is limited to one child per sport season}
- This would also give a budget allowance to each PE Department for new equipment and needed improvements.
How do I sign up to become a member of the Athletic Booster Club (ABC)?

RevTrak Payment Portal
- Families are able to purchase the uniforms, and can purchase up to (4) if they would like. All under one tab this year.
- Families will be able to join the Athletic Booster Club as well.
