A Creative Summer Camp for Middle School Artists
SESSION ONE: JULY 21-JULY 24, 2025

For students entering grades 4-6
Art of the Masters Summer Camp
- Explore the lives and techniques of great art masters such as:
- Claude Monet (Impressionism)
- Pablo Picasso (Cubism & Surrealism)
- Georgia O'Keeffe (Modernism)
- Learn about the 7 elements of art
- Create 4 original pieces of art in the style of each master
- Explore the masters' techniques using the art mediums of chalk pastel, oil pastel, and watercolors
- Create an art portfolio containing their unique pieces of art to bring home on the last day of camp

- THIS SUMMER CAMP IS DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS ENTERING GRADES 4-6
- SESSION ONE: JULY 21-JULY 24
- SESSION TWO: JULY 28-JULY 31
- TIME 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m.
- LOCATION: CALIFORNIA LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY
- REGISTRATION FEE: $225
- Includes all materials and a daily snack
