ART OF THE MASTERS

SESSION ONE: JULY 21-JULY 24, 2025

SESSION TWO: JULY 28-JULY 31, 2025

For students entering grades 4-6

• Explore the lives and techniques of great art masters such as:
• Claude Monet (Impressionism)
• Pablo Picasso (Cubism & Surrealism)
• Georgia O'Keeffe (Modernism)
• Learn about the 7 elements of art
• Create 4 original pieces of art in the style of each master
• Explore the masters' techniques using the art mediums of chalk pastel, oil pastel, and watercolors
• Create an art portfolio containing their unique pieces of art to bring home on the last day of camp

• THIS SUMMER CAMP IS DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS ENTERING GRADES 4-6
• SESSION ONE: JULY 21-JULY 24
• SESSION TWO: JULY 28-JULY 31
• TIME 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

• LOCATION: CALIFORNIA LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY
• REGISTRATION FEE: $225

Julie has been a classroom teacher in the Pleasant Valley School District for many years. She has been part of the CRLP Camp Team for many summers and is back by popular demand! She looks forward to meeting the students and encouraging a love of art!
