Does your child have any health concerns?
It's important to keep the school updated on any health concerns for your student. Please call the office and talk to a school nurse if you have any updates from doctors, concerns or questions. We need to know if your child has asthma, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or is taking medication. Thank you for helping us keep all students as safe as possible while they are in our care.
Snow Make-Up Days!
A Message from Superintendent, Matt Galley:
Just wanted to send a brief message in lieu of our early "mid-winter" break that mother nature gave us, and the impacts to our school calendar.
Each year the school board approves our yearly calendar which requires 3 make-up days to be identified. The following constitute our makeup days in order: February 29, March 1, and June 14, which is now the last day of school. At this time, no other days will be changed/modified.
I have received questions about seeking waivers as well. There are a couple parameters that must be in place before applying for waivers, the first being that a district makes up at least 3 days prior to applying. (The other is an emergency declaration by the governor). If for some reason we miss any further days, waivers may be applicable.
Please reach out if you have any further questions, and have a great week!
Matt Galley
