A Note From Nurse Sheila

Dear Washington Elementary Families,

During the month of March, I will be conducting BMI (Body Mass Index) screenings for Kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th grade students as part of the State of Arkansas’s data collection process. Please note that students will not be informed of their weight or BMI during the screening.

If you do not wish for your child to participate in the screening, please email me to request that they be excluded.
