Please read survey information below.
Under Alaska State Law, KPBSD is required to obtain written permission for certain types of surveys. Below you will see a copy of a permission slip that will be going home to all students 3rd grade and higher. The survey is designed to gather input from students about their perception of: Community and Connectedness, School Climate, Social-Emotional Learning, Student Mindset, and for middle school and high school students, Instructional Depth. (K-6 Students will not be surveyed about instruction depth.) A paper copy of this permission slip will be sent home with each 3-6 grade student. Also, copies of the permission slip will be available during Parent/Teacher conferences February 8-9.
Thank you .
Doug Hayman
