Principal's Corner
Happy Monday Bulldog Nation Families,
We have a lot of exciting events this week. Firstly, this week is Spirit Week and so the section below will have each day's festivities. Also on Friday, we will have the Fall Ball Dance from 4:00-5:30PM. For students to attend they must have the permission form signed by their parents, and the entrance is $3. The permission form is below.
A huge congratulations to our Mansfeld Students who were selected to represent in the TUSD Honor Choir, I want to let you know that Sofia E., Elyani H., Ella M., Aurora S., Arabella S., Grace R., and Craig H. have been selected to participate in the 2nd annual TUSD Honor Choir concert on November 7, 2024. This year's concert will be held at Tucson High school in the evening from 6 to 7 p.m. Well done!
A huge congratulations to our Boys & Girls Cross Country teams for advancing to the State meet in Phoenix. The boys took 2nd place in the city and the girls took 3rd place at the city. Thank you to Coach Becker and Coach Jones for a great season so far.
Finally, as the weather cools off, please make sure your child has either a plain Navy Blue or Plain White Hoodie.

Zero Tolerance for Bullying
Families, after having some conversations with parents recently, I wanted to let you know that as a school we do not tolerate bullying. If your child has or is experiencing Bullying, please let administration know immediately, and we will address it.
Bulldog Saturday- Time to Register
Come join us for Bulldog Saturday on November 2nd from 9am-12noon. Bulldog Saturday is a service project partnering with the University as part of UA Cares, four initiatives that the University participates in to give back to the community throughout the year. We have a number of projects planned including: general yard work, yard clean up, power washing, interior cleaning, bathroom beautification, storage room cleanup, uniform closet organizing, and other classroom support.
-please bring water and sunscreen. Supplies should be available on site.

Tucson High School
Tucson High is offering an Open House Wednesday, Oct. 30 from 5:30-7:30 for all interested families! See their flyer attached below for additional details and information. Or contact Mariel Hall to learn more.
DC Field Trip
8th grade parents, it's not too late to sign your student up for this year's Washington DC trip. Also, it's a good time for 6th and 7th grade parents of students interested in going to start submitting tax credits towards their student's trip. Contact Mr. Brungardt or Mr. Weber for details or to answer questions.
