Weekly Wrangler
September 13th, 2024
Message from Ms. Triplett
Howdy Wrangler Families,
It’s been a busy and productive week here at the Ranch. We held our conduct assemblies for all grade levels, where we reminded our students about the importance of respectful behavior, responsibility, and kindness both inside and outside of the classroom. These assemblies are an important way for us to reinforce our school’s values and ensure a positive learning environment for everyone.
Additionally, we conducted an earthquake drill this week as part of our ongoing commitment to student safety. The drill gave us the opportunity to review safety procedures with students and staff, ensuring that everyone knows what to do in the event of an emergency. I was proud to see how seriously our students took the drill, and I’m confident that we are well-prepared in case of a real situation.
Looking to this week, Wednesday is Fall Picture Day. On Thursday, we will hold our GATE parent meeting at 6:00pm in Room 36. Then, on Friday, our Book Fair kicks off! Be sure to stop by the library to check out all the amazing books for sale! Also, don't forget to be working on your Reflections Contest entries. Submissions are due by September 26th.
Happy Trails,
Ms. Triplett

"Office Chatter"
~Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures~
- Please drop off your students off of Sandhurst or Knightsbridge. Drop Off's at the front office are not permitted unless the student is tardy.
- Please pick your students up on time. It's important to teach your kids to be timely and modeling it is the best way to exhibit that behavior. School lets out at 1:30 for TK & K and 2:35 for Grades 1-5.
- If you are picking your student up during school hours, please make sure you have your ID on you. For safety purposes we can't release a student without an ID. We also can not call a student out of class unless you are in the building.
~Sharing Food~
- Parents are not permitted to send/bring lunch for their student's friends. Please make sure your students are not sharing food during lunch. We have this rule in place due to allergy reasons. Let's keep all of our little Wranglers safe! Thank you for your support.
Visitors & Volunteers
All volunteers and visitors MUST check-in at the front office with your ID each time you are on campus. You will not be permitted on campus without your ID.
If you will be volunteering regularly on campus, you will need to fill out the volunteer paperwork. It was sent home the first week of school and needs to be submitted at least one week prior to the start of volunteering. All volunteers must have a scheduled volunteer time with their student's teacher. Thank you for your support in keeping our school safe!
