PK and Kindergarten Registration

*If you have a child turning three years old by October 1, 2025 you may register them for Preschool.*

*If you have a child turning five years old by October 1, 2025 you may register them for Kindergarten.*

Preschool and Kindergarten Registration will be held at the Hardyston Middle School the week of February 3rd through the 7th between the hours of 10am and 2pm. For your convenience, there will be evening hours on Wednesday, February 5th and Friday, February 7th from 6pm until 8pm.

*Please be aware that there is LIMITED SPACE in the preschool program; be sure to register early! There is no need to re-register your child for preschool or kindergarten if he/she is already in the preschool program. In an effort to streamline the process, please go to our website www.htps.org then click on “Student Registration” to pre-register your child.

When you come in to register, you will need to present the following: (1) child’s original birth certificate with raised seal; (2) current immunization records; (3) copy of a physical dated after September 5, 2024; and (4) two forms of proof of residency. Acceptable proof of residency include: property tax bill, deed, lease agreement, mortgage statement and utility bill. If you are living with a Hardyston Township resident, the owner must complete an “Affidavit of Residency” form and provide a copy of their deed AND a current utility bill.
