Happy Diwali &Thank you to all of Veterans for their service
Good Evening All Sinaloa Families,
and Happy Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights, to all of our families that celebrate this holiday. We also want thank all of our military veterans and active military personnel for all of their service to protect the freedoms of our country. We only have 5 days until our Thanksgiving Break and only 23 schooldays left in the semester. We want our students to continue to work hard and follow the school rules. We want to have a great end to the calendar year and the first semester. In January we will have our first Semester Awards Ceremony and publish our Honor Roll and Academic Excellence List on our website. We will also have these posted around the school so we can recognize those students that are exceeding here at Sinaloa. Keep working hard SABERS!
ELIGIBILITY: All students need to remain eligible to participate in our Intramural sports. To be eligible students must be passing 4 out 6 classes, have less than 20 period tardies and may not have an Administrative U. Students that are not eligible will not be allowed to attend the WINTER DANCE on DEC. 15th
LOST AND FOUND: Our Lost and Found Items will be place on a table in front of the Main Office this week. Any items not claimed by Friday, Nov. 17th will be donated.
Sinaloa Takes Action - CANNED FOOD DRIVE - We will be collecting canned food and non-perishable items for our local food banks this month. Please drop off your items in the Main Office. Our School goal will be 7,000 items (that's only 10 items for each student) If we make this goal Mr. Rumble will volunteer to get multiple pies in the face on Thursday, Nov. 16th during lunch.

CONGRATULATIONS to our PTSA Reflections Finalists - we had three students qualify in the Visual Arts category. We are very proud of these three students: Sophia Betancort, Apollo Bojarski and Jennifer Romero. These students were all recognized at the Civics Art Center last Tuesday night and will be moving on to the county level. Congratulations SABERS!

SABERS - Remember that we are in the last month of the First semester so let's keep working hard. Please check on your missing assignments to see if you can still turn those into your teacher - Don't wait until the last minute.
SABERS TAKE ACTION: In November Sinaloa will be participating in a Canned Food Drive. All of the donated food items will be donated to the Samaritan Center's Food Pantry.
We still have school supplies if any of our families need assistance with these or other household items Sinaloa MS has teamed up with For the Need to help our families. If you are in need of anything please contact the counseling office for more assistance.
