MONTHLY SUPPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Do you need a break?
Join us on the first Monday of every month at our office and participate in our Wind-Down Nights support group! We will be providing respite care for parents and caregivers who would like to spend some time asking questions or talking through their issues as a group. This is a time for parents and caregivers to relax and ask any questions they have on their mind.
Our staff members will be present to help you with your questions and concerns. This is a great opportunity to build our community and support one another—Remember, every question you have is important, as it affects not only your loved ones, but also your personal well-being! Come out to chat, ask questions, or just take a break and talk with us.
Attendees are required to remain at the event as long as respite care is being provided for their child/care recipient.
Contact us with any questions you may have, and we hope to see you there!

PLAYSPACE | CHIPPEWA FALLS YMCA
OPENING - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2024 AT 10:00 AM
The Chippewa Falls YMCA now has an interactive PlaySpace designed for children's educational and recreational enrichment. This initiative was made possible through the generous partnership with the Children's Museum of Eau Claire, through a grant provided by AnnMarie Foundation, Inc., and the generosity of Mike & Dawn Bye. The YMCA invites families to experience the joy of play with a purpose.
The PlaySpace at the Chippewa Falls YMCA is a haven for young minds, offering a variety of STEM-based games and activities that promote learning through play. Tailored for children of all ages with an emphasis on activities for 2-14 year olds, the area is equipped with innovative games and robotics, facilitating a hands-on environment to stimulate creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Also in the space, a large climb-through slide, blue building blocks, and interactive fort building supplies to get little minds and bodies moving.
What is the cost?
PlaySpace is a FREE offering to all YMCA Members and Non-Members can participate with a purchase of a day pass.
Anything else I need to know?
Emphasis on activities for 2-14 year olds.
An adult aged 16 or older must accompany children 10 and under to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Hours:
PlaySpace is available all hours the Chippewa Falls YMCA is open.
