Oklahoma State Testing
Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Families
Who takes a test?
3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade students will participate in the Oklahoma State Testing Program (OSTP).
When is my child testing?
All students will participate in state testing during the month of April. Specific dates and times within April will be released at a later date. Please try to avoid doctor appointments or vacation during April if at all possible.
It is very important to be at school on time every morning during April. Testing will begin around 8:30am each day. If students arrive late, they will need to wait in the office until their class is finished testing.
Test Taking Tips for Parents
- Limit "screen time" the night before to ensure a better, deeper sleep.
- Don't stay up too late!
- Encourage your child to eat breakfast at home or eat in our cafeteria.
