The Mountaineer Minute digital district newsletter is shared with Iron Mountain Public School families on Monday mornings!

We are so excited to debut our new, easy-to-use website! Check out our new site, and be sure to download our new mobile app!

Mountaineer athletes-

Do not put off your physical for one more day! Make your appointment today if you have not already!

In order to attend practice or tryouts beginning on Monday, August 12, 2024, you must have a physical on file.

The physical form, yearly concussion awareness form, yearly handbook agreement form, and optional dual-sport authorization form can be found here or in the Iron Mountain Public Schools Superintendent's Office. Summer office hours are available on our website, www.imschools.org

We look forward to seeing you all at Meet the Mountaineers on Wednesday, August 21 at 5:30 PM. Concessions and refreshments will be provided by the Athletic Booster Club. (Note: NFHS will still be used for MHSAA tournaments)

We're busy putting the final touches on the Izzo-Mariucci Weight Room refresh! Upgrades include new flooring, paint, LED lights, and new agility turf! More photos of the completed project coming soon.

Thank you to all that contributed their time to make this project possible, including the JV and Varsity Football teams and coaching staff, Athletic Director Mr. Perry and Superintendent Mr. Sardina, who have been hard at work moving all the equipment back into the weight room!

The Central Middle School Gymnasium has received some much needed upgrades including new refinished and motorized bleachers, newly refinished floors, new paint, lights, and new wall art! Thank you Iron Mountain-Kingsford Community Schools for your partnership in this project!
