Kindness Continues After Break!
On Wednesday, February 26, 2025 we will participate in Pink Shirt Day. The video above explains the origin of the day and it will be played at our grade level assemblies tomorrow as an example of kindness. Students and staff are encouraged to wear a pink shirt or something pink on this day and to do kind acts for others. The Climate and Culture Committee is creating a little kindness cards that students can use to track their kind acts, too!
Library Lunch Volunteers for End of February & March
Miller School is seeking volunteers to supervise a “Library Lunch” option for students who are interested in reading in a quiet spot after they finish their lunch. We are seeking volunteers on the identified days below to get us through the end of March. Volunteers are needed from 10:20am-11:35am.
Important Information for Volunteers:
We need 2 Volunteers to supervise library lunch at a time.
Volunteers will greet the students in the cafe and walk them to the multipurpose room.
Volunteers should monitor the lunchtime and be sure students are ready to go to class at the end of their scheduled time.
All volunteers must have an active CORI on file.
Please review the schedule below and click here to sign up.

Today marks the final day of our PTO fundraiser, and what a success it has been! Thanks to your incredible efforts, we have raised an astounding $50,000 across the district and completed 2,200 acts of kindness along the way!.
With our annual budget ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, this overwhelming show of support has solidified the funding we need to continue providing resources for our students and staff. Your generosity and dedication make a real difference, ensuring we can keep offering the programs and support our school community relies on.
Thank you for being a part of this amazing achievement!
