Millswood Middle School news:
Hope you are enjoying the three day weekend and Labor Day Holiday. After this weekend we have just 19 school days to get our first quarter grades where we want them. It may be time to go to Mission Zero and tutoring. Official tutoring kicks off on Tuesday, after school and will be everyday except Wednesdays. Students just show up to the library at 2:20 to get help with any subject. Two teachers will be available each day, one for math and one for other content areas. All teachers will help with homework completion, study strategies, organization, and more!
Our students seem to be enjoying our Grizzly Awards Cards. Remember, every Friday we will have a drawing for gift cards out of the completed awards cards for the week. We will then have a larger drawing at the end of the quarter with all completed cards! .
Please join us on Monday September 16th!! Bring lunch and a chair or blanket for you and your student and hang out with us! Students are always asking if they can have fast food at lunchtime, now is their chance! We will use the grassy area near our bike rack.
