CHROMEBOOK NEWS
Forgot Old Password Error Screen
· When students change their password while still logged into their account somewhere they may see a screen with the message Your Password has changed since the last time you signed in.
· If you have students affected by this issue follow the steps in this help document to fix the problem:
EDU WIFI for Chromebooks
· Follow these EDU WIFI Troubleshooting tips if any of your Chromebooks fail to connect correctly to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.
Chrome OS 130 LTS (Long Term Support) Channel
· To help with Chromebook WIFI Stability our Chromebooks have moved to ChromeOS 130 as our Long Term Support channel.
· If you want to check the ChromeOS version of your Chromebook follow this helpful guide to learn how to do so.
NOTE: Chromebooks that are already at Chrome OS 130 or above do not need to be updated. They are ready to be used for all testing purposes.

iPAD NEWS
Basic iPad Troubleshooting
· When your iPads are giving you trouble you can’t go wrong with these simple troubleshooting steps.
· Wiping an iPad is an easy way to fix Software Related Issues for an iPad.

- Once you have wiped the iPad you will need to set it back up following the steps here:
- How to Setup an iPad
· If an iPad is not updated it can cause apps on the iPads to have issues.
· When your iPad first turns on it should connect automatically to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.
- Follow these EDU WIFI Troubleshooting tips if any of your iPads fail to connect correctly to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.
