All Green Starred parents have been invited through MobileServe to sign-up to volunteer at the snack shack. Log-in to MobileServe, click on Opportunities then Invitations in order to sign-up. Thank you in advance for your help! Remember, the snack shack does not without volunteers to run it!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to introduce a new program called MobileServe to help our middle school students track their service hours more effectively. This platform will make it easier for both students and parents to manage and review the hours completed for service-related activities. MobileServe is available for use on the student’s school iPad and it can also be downloaded on other devices via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Since many of our students are under the age of 13, parental consent is required to use the app. Throughout tomorrow (August 29, 2024), during class time, you will receive an email (pictured below) asking you to verify that you are your child’s parent or guardian and provide your consent for them to use MobileServe. This step is essential to ensure compliance with online privacy laws designed to protect young users.

When logged in to Mobile Serve, please click on Opportunities to sign up your Harvest Festival hours. As a reminder each family is required to volunteer for 3 hours at the Harvest Festival. If you do not serve your hours at the Harvest Festival you can serve 20 hours throughout the year or pay the $450 fee.

Calling all altar servers!

We are having a mandatory altar serving refresher training for all current altar servers.

Session 1: Grades 3-5

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 at 3pm (In the Church)

Session 2: Grades 6-8

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 at 3pm (In the Church)

You must attend if you are planning to altar serve this school year.

There will be a NEW altar server training on Monday, September 23 at 3pm for any students in grades 3-8 who are interested in serving this school year.

If you have students in grades 3-8 who are interested in receiving their sacraments, please contact Liz Williams in the Religious Education office. Classes start September 15th, so please contact Liz as soon as possible to get started!

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
