PDCMS Panther Update
Message from Principal Dolan...
Week Five
Dear Parents,
We are excited to share highlights from the fifth week of school! This week marks the halfway point of the quarter, and with that comes the important milestone of student progress reports. This is a great time to review how weekly grade checks can help your child stay on track toward their academic goals. We encourage you to have discussions with your child about their progress and any areas where they may need additional support.
We also kicked off our STEP IT UP fundraiser this week, which has already proven to be a tremendous support for our school community. Funds raised will help us organize enriching student trips, bring in guest speakers, and enhance our campus with fun additions like the new cement ping pong and foosball tables. Your participation in this fundraiser directly impacts our students’ experiences, and we thank you for your ongoing support!
Looking ahead, we have some exciting events planned! Next week, ASB will launch "Start With Hello Week," featuring a variety of fun lunchtime activities that promote inclusivity and friendship among our students. Additionally, don’t forget about Club Rush on the 25th, where students can explore a wide range of clubs to join during lunch. It’s a fantastic opportunity for them to find their interests and connect with peers. Thank you for being a part of our vibrant school community!

ASK YOUR CHILD ABOUT❓
Do I need to sign anything for your classes?
What is your favorite thing about your day?
Is your Chromebook charged?
Is your ID in your backpack?
Please remind your student to keep their IDs in their backpacks when they get home from school. If they can't find their ID, replacement IDs are available in the library for a $5.00 fee. By being proactive and taking care of this before school starts, they can avoid any dress code violations.
