The University Christian Church has opened the doors of their Prom Dreams Boutique for the spring season! The boutique will be open on Thursdays from 5:00pm-7:00pm, March 7 –May 9 and Sundays from 12:30pm – 2:30pm in April. You can also request an appointment if these dates and times do not work. We have rooms and closets filled with items for students to come “shop” (free of charge) for their prom dance or special formal event.
There are no requirements for using this ministry. Students do not need to have any church affiliation; this is simply a ministry providing dresses, shoes, purses and jewelry to those who need them. We know how special school dances can be for high school students, and we want to help make it a possibility for them to attend feeling confident and beautiful when otherwise they may not be able.

CELEBRATION AND RECOGNITION
MHS Girls Soccer Team
Keep cheering as our girls soccer team are still in the bi-district playoffs. They will be playing in Waco on March 25th in Waco. Let's go MHS!!
STUDCO
Our amazing STUDCO students and leadership team are amazing! Because of our student and staff generosity, our campus raised $2500 for a Wish with Wings during PEACEWEEK. We were able to support our recipient William (7-year old on hospice) whose wish was to go on a family trip to Broken Bow. Thank you to our MHS family for making a difference!
Citizen Bee Regional Competition
Two of MHS students competed in the regional Citizen Bee competition. Samuil Kisel placed 1st and will now compete in the state competition in Austin. Claire Speakes placed 2nd! This is a state-wide civic education program and competition for grades 9-12. Students use an online guide to prepare for a two-part competition covering the U.S. Constitution; important people and documents in American history; civic values and skills; landmark Supreme Court cases; and current events. Congratulations to two of our amazing students!
