Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States for honoring and mourning the U.S. military personnel who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. From 1868 to 1970, it was observed on May 30. Since 1971, it has been observed on the last Monday of May. This year we will observe Memorial Day on May 27th. Please take a moment to stop and remember all those men and women who are serving in the military and those who have died to protect our freedom.

Shoreham Capital and Sabal Investment Holdings have closed on the first phase of homes at Juniper Pointe, a luxury build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community in Naples.

Juniper Pointe will comprise 47 two-story townhomes with three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,900 to almost 2,500 square feet. All units have open layouts, attached one- or two-car garages, and covered lanais. The gated community will also include a resort-style pool.

The community is expected to be completed later this year with the first move-ins scheduled for the second quarter.
