Greetings Evergreen Families,

Are you as excited as we are to get this school year started? It is going to be an outstanding year because we are the BEST school community! For returning families, we look forward to seeing you all and continuing to support you, your children, and the entire Evergreen Community. For families new to EES, we are looking forward to meeting you and your child. Please know that we are all here to support your child in transitioning to our amazing school!

Successful student learning thrives with open communication and an active parent/guardian-teacher partnership. Communication for the school year may be through newsletters, emails, EES Website, School Messenger/The Evergreen Express and Schoology. Ways to support and increase your child/children's academic success include:

Make attendance a priority including tardiness(9:05=tardy) and absences
Communicate with your child's teaching team
Limit television and social media(screen time)
Become a valuable member of our PTO
Visit the EES website for information on school events

With a focus on the whole child, we promote and model positive social behavior outcomes. Our MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) school wide expectations are ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY, WORKING RESPECTFULLY, and STAYING SAFE. Please feel free to use the expectations at home to build connections between school and home. The students of Evergreen are immersed in opportunities to learn life skills through MTSS and counselor lessons.

I attached a documentation link to assist with early application entry for a carpool pass. At Open House please stop by the carpool table and collect your carpool tag. You will need to bring the required documentation stated on the form. Request for a Carpool Pass
