Dear Northridge High School Community,
This week at Northridge High School, we have a busy schedule filled with key events. SAT and PSAT testing will occur on Wednesday and Thursday. Only juniors should report to school on Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the SAT, and freshmen and sophomores will report on Thursday at 8:00 AM. Seniors are off for both days. It is crucial for our students to come prepared, rested, and on time for these important tests.
We also want to remind the parents of our seniors to check out the list of upcoming important dates below. There are many exciting events planned for our seniors, like Senior Sunset, Rite of Passage, and Prom, that your children won’t want to miss.
Parent-teacher conferences will be held on April 17th. This is a great opportunity to speak with teachers about your child's progress before the end of the semester. It's especially important for seniors to ensure they are ready for graduation. Our counselors will also be available to assist with FAFSA applications and transition needs for college or career readiness.
We’re proud to present the creative projects our STEM Capstone students have been working on at the STEM showcase on Wednesday evening. You can visit the projects between visiting with teachers.
Finally, a big thank you to all our staff for your hard work and dedication in making these opportunities possible for our students.

D6 STUDENTS TO RECEIVE SCHOOL MEALS AT NO COST THIS SCHOOL YEAR.
Greeley-Evans School District 6 is excited to announce the participation in the Healthy School Meals for All program for breakfast and lunch. This means that all D6 students may eat school breakfast & lunch at no cost!
What does this mean for you?
Families, you no longer have to worry about filling out lengthy applications to qualify for free school meals. Every child in our 30+ schools across the Greeley-Evans community will automatically receive this incredible benefit, without needing to complete an application or other additional steps.
D6 School Benefits Application
While all students will receive meals at no cost, it is important for households to provide income information through the D6 School Benefits Application. This information is crucial for D6 to maintain full access to state and federal funding that supports school programs, after-school activities, and other benefits.
Additionally, qualifying households may have their school & athletic fees waived for the 2023-24 school year.
Let's Work Together
We believe that this program's success lies in collaboration between our school district and you, the parents. We encourage you to support and guide your children in making the most of this opportunity. We believe that healthy eating habits are best developed with your involvement, and together, we can empower our students to thrive.
Taking Advantage of Free School Meals
We strongly encourage all families to take full advantage of this opportunity for their children. Not only do free school meals help alleviate financial burdens, but they will also help in promoting a healthier and more focused learning environment for our students to thrive and succeed.
You can stay informed about the meals being offered at your child's school by viewing their menu & nutritional information. This will provide you with a detailed look at the delicious and nutritious meals prepared by our talented school nutrition team.
Simply use the filter options to select your student's school & type of menu.
Promoting Healthy Eating Habits
Greeley-Evans School District 6 Nutrition Services is committed to promoting healthy eating habits among our students. By providing free school meals, we aim to ensure that every child has access to nutritious food options that contribute to their overall well-being and academic success.
DISTRICT 6 IS PLEASED TO WELCOME VOLUNTEERS BACK INTO OUR BUILDINGS.
