Camp Wyman
Here's a great opportunity to be a Camp Wyman counselor. Come to the Chelsea Center Room 200 and we will get you registered! Alternatively, you can register independently on GivePulse at bit.ly/wyman2024
For over 75 years, every WGSD student in sixth grade has participated in Camp Wyman, a meaningful outdoor camp experience where they build skills, develop a positive sense of self, and create connections and relationships. The camp is an overnight stay where students spend time outdoors.
High school students partner with the camp’s professional staff to be counselors and leaders. Students who enjoy participating in outdoor activities, want to develop leadership skills, and enjoy kids are encouraged to volunteer for this opportunity! Students will receive the total number of A+ hours needed overall, and will have a great service and leadership experience to list on college applications and resumes.
Students can volunteer for one of three sessions Sept 23-27, Sept 30-Oct 4, or Oct 7–11.
