Dear Granville Families,

Welcome to the start of another exciting school year at Granville Elementary School! We are off to a fabulous start, and I am thrilled to see the energy and enthusiasm our students have brought with them. It has been wonderful to see familiar faces return and to welcome new students and families to our Golden Horde community.

This year, we are eager to collaborate with you to create an enriching and supportive learning environment for every student. We firmly believe that by working together—staff, families, and students—we can achieve great things and ensure that every child reaches their fullest potential.

As we move forward, please know that our team is here to support you and your child every step of the way. Communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to our students’ success are at the heart of what we do, and we welcome your involvement and feedback throughout the year.

GES Open House

• Wednesday, September 18th, 6pm. Please check the school calendar of events in the District app or on our website each week to review the latest school events. Here is the link to the calendar on the school website. Here is the information for downloading the District app.

Book Fair

• PTO is sponsoring a book fair! The book fair will be open during school hours from Monday, September 16th- Friday, September 20th as well as available during open house. Please check the District calendar for all PTO events including the first PTO meeting of the school year, on Wednesday, 9/11 at 6pm at GES.

• Here is the link to the Granville Athletics Schedule Galaxy where you can find the latest schedule of games by sport. Come watch a game with your family and cheer on our teams!

Have an emergency and need to change transportation plans for the day:

• Guardian should write a note saying where child will be going with an exact address.
• All notes and changes need to be into the office before 11 am

Doors open for Non Breakfast at : 8:45 am
